Morgan Wallen’s Denver concert included an unexpected onstage moment when a piano malfunction appeared to interrupt his performance of Sand in My Boots.

During the May 29 stop at Empower Field at Mile High, fan-shot video from the show showed Wallen stepping away from the piano and finishing part of the song a cappella. After the song ended, he returned to the instrument and pushed it over onstage as the crowd reacted with cheers and gasps.

The concert was part of Wallen’s Still the Problem Tour, which supports his latest album, I’m the Problem. The tour began in April and includes stadium dates across the United States.

The piano incident quickly spread across social media, where clips from different angles showed the moment and drew a wide range of reactions from fans. Wallen continued with the show after the disruption.

As of now, Wallen has not publicly addressed the piano malfunction or the onstage reaction.
